Shopping and Orders
  • Order Acceptance: The receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order. Gardens & Seeds reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Processing times range from 3–7 business days.
  • Final Sale: All items marked as “FINAL SALE” cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded.
Returns and Refunds
  • Items being returned must be in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Returns are accepted only for purchases made directly on gardensandseeds.com.
  • Abuse of the returns policy may result in termination of access to the Site.
No Purchase for Resale

Products on the Site are intended for personal use only. Purchases for resale or distribution are prohibited. Gardens & Seeds reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of being intended for resale.

Shipping
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Gardens & Seeds is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered by the courier.
  • Split Deliveries: Orders may be delivered in separate shipments due to stock availability.
International Duties and Taxes

International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and fees. Gardens & Seeds does not offer reimbursement for these charges upon return.

Promotional Offers and Discounts

Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions and may be modified or canceled at any time.
