Shipping, Handling, & Returns

 

Handling Charges (Before Tax)

USA: A handling fee of $2 applies to all orders.

Canada: A handling fee of $5 applies to all orders.

International: A handling fee of $5 applies to all orders.


Shipping Methods

Domestic Shipping (USA)
Orders are shipped using USPS First Class Mail, USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground.

International Shipping
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International, UPS Worldwide Expedited, or UPS Standard, typically delivered within 10–15 business days with tracking capabilities.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes determined by the receiving country’s customs department.
  • Customers are responsible for paying all customs duties, taxes, and fees upon order arrival.

Order Processing and Delivery Times

Please allow 3-7 business days for order fulfillment notice and tracking information.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–10 business days after purchase, unless noted otherwise* (Pre-Orders). 

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.


Pre-Orders


To place pre-order items, simply follow the same process as other normal orders and you will be charged for the full amount when the order is placed. We will notify you by email when we receive the merchandise and are ready to ship your order.

Items for pre-orders have an estimated shipping date provided by the manufacturers. However, we cannot control the dates that are given to us, and also are unable to guarantee shipping dates. In-stock items ordered along with preordered items will be shipped out altogether.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for verifying the correct shipping address at checkout.

Orders returned to Gardens & Seeds as RTS (Return to Sender) due to an incorrect address, failure to deliver, or failure to collect will incur a 10% restocking fee.

Customers must pay re-shipment fees for orders returned due to incorrect addresses.


Risk of Loss and Damage

All purchases are made under a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items transfer to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

  • Claims for damaged or lost shipments must be filed with the carrier.

Exchanges and Returns

All sales are final. Gardens & Seeds does not accept returns or exchanges.

Detailed measurements are provided for every product to assist with sizing.

In the event of errors made by Gardens & Seeds, customers must contact info@gardensandseeds.com to request authorization for an exchange.

Authorized Exchanges

  • Must be initiated within 7 business days of the original ship date.
  • Returned items must be shipped with tracking and insured mail.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping fees both for returning the original item and for receiving the exchanged item.

Exchange Requirements

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Footwear must be in brand-new condition, in the original box, without postal labels directly affixed.
  • Damaged returns may incur additional fees.

International Orders

  • Due to high shipping costs, Gardens & Seeds does not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.

Customs and Duties

Domestic Taxes: Gardens & Seeds collects sales tax on orders shipping to CA, CO, GA, HI, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, NJ, NY, OK, PA, and WA. Sales tax rates may vary by location.

International Duties: Payment of customs duties and taxes is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
