EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union (EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason, subject to the conditions and exceptions outlined below.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after:

  • The day you receive the goods; or

  • The day a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) receives the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to submit your withdrawal request before the 14-day period has expired.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires.

You may do so by submitting a request through the withdrawal form below or by contacting us directly using the contact information provided on this page.

Upon receipt of your request, we will send confirmation that your withdrawal request has been received.

Effects of Withdrawal

If your withdrawal request is accepted, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the eligible products, including standard delivery charges where required by applicable law.

Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive notice of your withdrawal request. However, we may withhold reimbursement until:

  • We have received the returned goods; or

  • You provide proof that the goods have been returned,

whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Returning Goods

Returned goods must be shipped back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods.

Items should be returned in their original condition, including original packaging, tags, accessories, and any promotional items included with the order.

Diminished Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products.

Products that show signs of excessive wear, use, damage, alteration, washing, or misuse may be subject to a reduced refund amount or may not qualify for reimbursement where permitted by law.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Products manufactured to your specifications.

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

  • Digital products, downloadable content, or services where performance has begun with your prior consent and acknowledgment that your withdrawal rights are waived.

  • Any other products exempt from withdrawal rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Relationship to Our Return Policy

Our standard return policy, including any “All Sales Final” terms, applies to customers outside the European Union.

For customers located within the European Union, statutory withdrawal rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws apply notwithstanding any conflicting provisions in our standard return policy.
